CONNECTICUT
• You must yield the right-of-way to a pedestrian with a guide dog or who is carrying a white cane,
with or without a colored tip. Stop and stay stopped if the person is attempting to cross or is in the
process of crossing the road. At regulated intersections, remain stopped until the pedestrian is out
of the road, even if you have a green light.
