They always have the right-of- way. Crashes (Crash Reporting) – Participant Guidebook Page 86 • If an accident results in injury, death, or property damage that equals or exceeds $1,500, it must be reported to the Department of Transportation within 10 days. A report is not required if the accident is investigated by a peace officer. Notification must be given to the Game and Parks Commission within 24 hours of the time the carcass is picked up and must be tagged by a Conservation Officer or other personnel designated by the Conservation Officer.
