ADDITIONAL STATE INFORMATION
Motor Vehicle Insurance: Instructors should state during the introduction to the course: Upon course
completion drivers are eligible for an insurance discount if age 55 and older and;
a. Is not involved in a motor vehicle accident for which the insured is at fault.
b. Maintains a Driving record free of violations.
c. Has not been convicted of a moving traffic violation involving the operation of a motor
vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or a controlled
substance.
